We believe in the power of inclusive conversations to challenge gender stereotypes, particularly when it comes to career choices. 

In light of this, we have developed a workshop that aims to break down barriers and foster gender equality by engaging both boys and girls in meaningful discussions.

The workshop aims at:

• Educating on the diversity of careers and industries

• Identifying inherent gender bias

• Reversing the impact of gender and cultural stereotypes

• Developing compassion
