Be who you needed when you were younger

You have a story to tell

Every journey is unique and valuable.

Your story and experiences, no matter how you perceive them, can inspire and impact others. By sharing your journey, you break stereotypes, inspire others to pursue their dreams, and show that there is no one "right" path to success. Your story can be a source of motivation, encouragement, and inspiration for someone in need.

Never underestimate the power of your story to change lives.

You are working or had been working

Years of experience do not define whether you can be a role model.

Emotional maturity and the ability to offer valuable insights and advice are what truly matter. Whether you're starting your career or have been working for years, you can share your experiences and lessons with others. It's not about how far you've come, but the unique perspective and wisdom you can provide.

Being a great role model is about emotional maturity and a willingness to share your story.

You want to see girls evolve

As a role model, you have the power to transform the lives of girls during their formative teenage years.

Your experiences and lessons learned will help them navigate their own paths, pursue their passions, and build self-belief. Your story can have a profound impact, empowering them to grow, develop, and achieve their dreams.

You want to foster inclusive thinking

Many students failed to recognize and see the effects of biases in their life until they graduate from university, which leads to a steep learning curve.

You can foster their awareness by facilitate genuine discussions among a group of students by sharing relatable experiences. You will help the students feel safe to share their experience and opinions around biases and open up conversations.

“Working with girls with disabilities under Inspiring Girls has been a humbling experience. I am glad that I could be there to share new perspectives with them, and widen their horizons. And at the same time, their thirst for growth despite their different abilities teaches me to be resilient.”

Betty Tai

“It’s not just us impacting the girls, the program itself is impacting us as Role Models.”

Lucie Petit

“Being a role model with Inspiring Girls has been incredibly rewarding, serving as a meaningful opportunity to share my expertise and pay forward the support and guidance I received by having mentors earlier in my career who shaped and inspired me personally and professionally.”

Learn their names so you can address them directly, and make the experience fun and enjoyable for them. Once the girls trust you, they will be more likely to turn on their cameras and actively participate in the session.

  • Absolutely! There are many ways to get involved with our program. We are always seeking donations, sponsorships, and partnerships with corporations.
