Panel Discussion | Reverse Mentoring
At our quarterly event in partnership with AmCham HK WOI, we gathered our community of role models and supporters who were interested in hearing from a unique panel of three young girls, ranging in age from 11 to 15 years old.
The session was truly inspiring, and it took an immense amount of courage for the girls to speak openly in front of an audience of adults. It provided us with an opportunity to gain inspiration and valuable insights into their perspectives on the future of work.
Panel Discussion | Youth Social Mobility
On March 9 2023, we had the pleasure of hosting a panel discussion with some of our esteemed corporate partners Randstad Hong Kong, HSBC Asset Management and The Executive Centre. The topic of discussion was the importance of socio-economic diversity and how corporations can create a more equitable talent pipeline. We were honored to have Natellie Sun, Chelsea Perino, and Laine Santana share their insights with us.
We are committed to providing more opportunities to girls from lower-privileged backgrounds, and we are always seeking partners to help us achieve this goal. We firmly believe that every girl deserves access to industries that may seem unattainable to them.
Role Model Gathering at HSBC | Nov 2022
Our corporate partner HSBC Asset Management welcomed 100 role model volunteers for a celebration of our program.
The volunteers gathered to cheer, learn more about the program, share their experiences with new volunteers, and reflect on the pivotal moments of their journey as role models.
Being a role model for young girls is a life-changing experience and has a lasting impact on their lives. We are eager to continue fostering networking opportunities for our community.
Inspiring Girls Annual Gathering | Dec 2022
In December 2022, we celebrated our achievements by bringing together 100 guests, including corporate partners, sponsors, role model volunteers, teachers, and girls in our program.
Six courageous girls took the stage to share their experiences and lessons learned through our program.
We extend a heartfelt Thank You! to the dedicated Role Model Volunteers who support our charity with their time and efforts.
